What you will do

• Lead high-impact product initiatives as a technical leader within the Care Innovation team.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to rapidly innovate and deliver high-quality software.
• Partner with leadership to establish technical standards and scalable architecture.
• Break down complex requirements into manageable, incremental deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in complex project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Seattle metro area or able to relocate within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of delivering successful products.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive autonomous decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, mental-health tech, or applied AI/ML.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Ruby, and/or Python.
