Salary: $159,000 - $191,000

What you will do
- Lead high-impact product initiatives as a technical leader within the Care Innovation team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to rapidly innovate and deliver high-quality software.
- Partner with leadership to establish technical standards and scalable architecture.
- Break down complex requirements into manageable, incremental deliverables.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs in complex project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive technical excellence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Seattle metro area or able to relocate within 90 days.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a track record of delivering successful products.
- Experience working in startup environments.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive autonomous decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, mental-health tech, or applied AI/ML.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Ruby, and/or Python.
