TL;DR
Senior Fullstack Engineer (SaaS): Building and optimizing tailored solutions on the IrisX platform with an accent on fullstack development, data engineering, and system integrations. Location: Must be based in Canada or the US, with a requirement to be present at the London, Ontario hub on a regular basis.
Salary: $100,000–$165,000 CAD per year.

What you will do
- Design and build tailored solutions on the IrisX platform from concept to production.
- Work across the full stack including backend, frontend, and data engineering.
- Take end-to-end ownership of software quality, reliability, and maintenance.
- Accelerate customer onboarding by delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to align solutions with platform direction.
- Engage with customers to translate technical requirements into scoped, production-grade solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade software.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Generalist mindset with deep hands-on expertise in at least one domain: frontend, backend, or data.
- Proficiency with modern tech stacks including React, TypeScript, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to solving root causes.
- Must be comfortable with hybrid work and regular presence at the London, Ontario hub.
Nice to have
- Experience with Kafka, Flink, Databricks, Spark, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Nx and GraphQL.
- Integrated use of AI tools in the engineering workflow.
