Technical Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $78,500–$108,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and drive product-level cost reduction, resiliency, and value engineering strategies for implanter product lines.
• Build and manage multi-year roadmaps and portfolios of value programs aligned with division cost objectives.
• Lead execution from concept through qualification and production enablement against cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Develop cost models and forecasts, track realized savings, and report performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, resolving barriers and accelerating decisions.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, critical paths, and trade-offs across cost, quality, schedule, and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar cost reduction and value engineering programs.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in product cost structure and value engineering for complex electromechanical systems.
• Deep knowledge of materials and sourcing strategies, plus working knowledge across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Ability to build cost models, evaluate trade-offs, quantify business impact, and apply structured, data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and communicate clearly with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
