What you will do

• Lead SAP license advisory engagements, including ELP reviews, audit defense, and contract analysis.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP licensing policies, compliance risks, and optimization strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Practice Leadership to identify and pursue new SAP advisory opportunities.
• Develop and present licensing positions and risk assessments to client executive leadership.
• Create thought leadership content including whitepapers, webinars, and blogs.
• Collaborate with global experts to share methodologies and mentor advisory consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP licensing, SAM, ITAM, or software compliance consulting.
• Deep expertise in SAP licensing models, including Named User, Digital Access, and S/4HANA.
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing advisory engagements.
• Strong ability to present complex licensing concepts to executive audiences.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois

Nice to have

• Experience working for a software publisher, consulting organization, or large enterprise with significant SAP investments.
• Background in supporting SAP contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Familiarity with SAM platforms such as Flexera, ServiceNow, or Snow.
• Experience speaking at industry events, webinars, or conferences.
