What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TruckMate to align with commercial goals.
• Lead AI-assisted product discovery by researching customer challenges and prototyping solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements to launch and adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to execute go-to-market and monetization strategies.
• Conduct deep market research on transportation and logistics workflows to prioritize investments.
• Align technical and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in Transportation, Logistics, Fleet Management, TMS/ERP, or enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for product discovery and PRD creation.
• Demonstrated success in defining product strategy with measurable business and revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and enterprise integration ecosystems (EDI, ERP, APIs).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
