Salary: $61,000–$75,000 annually

What you will do

  • Design and own end-to-end staffing strategies for events, activations, and client projects.
  • Source, interview, and maintain a pipeline of top-tier brand ambassadors.
  • Manage staffing operations from booking through execution, ensuring coverage and real-time problem solving.
  • Lead and develop coordinator-level team members to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with account and leadership teams to optimize budgets and mitigate risks using post-event insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, talent operations, or event-based environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing and managing talent.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to independently assess candidates.
  • Proficiency with workforce management tools such as PopBookings, Monday.com, Google Workspace, or HubSpot.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during live events.
