TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving strategic adoption and value realization for major APAC enterprise clients with an accent on legal-tech integration and executive relationship management. Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must have valid Australian work rights.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to elite law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
- Lead the integration of AI solutions into complex enterprise workflows.
- Monitor account health and proactively drive initiatives for retention and expansion.
- Evangelize platform capabilities to end users and facilitate executive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal Product teams to provide insights for continuous platform improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive background in strategic customer success or account management within Enterprise SaaS, legal, or top-tier consulting.
- Proven experience in change management and large-scale technology adoption.
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Must have valid Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship available).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the APAC region.
