TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving strategic adoption and value realization for major APAC enterprise clients with an accent on legal-tech integration and executive relationship management. Focus on managing high-value accounts, leading complex change management initiatives, and ensuring long-term retention and expansion of the hirify.global platform.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote). Must have valid Australian work rights.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to elite law firms and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Lead the integration of AI solutions into complex enterprise workflows.
  • Monitor account health and proactively drive initiatives for retention and expansion.
  • Evangelize platform capabilities to end users and facilitate executive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal Product teams to provide insights for continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive background in strategic customer success or account management within Enterprise SaaS, legal, or top-tier consulting.
  • Proven experience in change management and large-scale technology adoption.
  • Strong communication and strategic planning skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Must have valid Australian work rights (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the APAC region.
