Location: Remote or Hybrid (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, Sydney, New York, London). Hybrid roles require in-office attendance at least twice per week.

Salary: $242,200–$363,000 USD (plus variable pay).

What you will do

• Own the performance, adoption, and growth of the product suite across international markets.
• Lead product strategy for established regions and drive scalable expansion into new countries.
• Manage global product readiness, including localization, multi-lingual support, and regulatory workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers.
• Balance global product scale with local market nuances and requirements.

• Proven experience leading global SaaS products across multiple regions.
• Demonstrated expertise in localization and multi-lingual product development.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing in a matrixed organization.
