What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers on enterprise account planning and multi-year security transformation roadmaps.
- Lead technical discussions across AI-powered email security, threat protection, and information protection (DLP/insider threat), including cloud security and emerging AI security solutions.
- Run discovery and requirement mapping, define technical/business success criteria, and design solution architectures and integrations (M365/Google Workspace, IdP, SIEM, EDR, etc.).
- Deliver compelling demos, lead POCs and production evaluations, define success metrics, collect evidence, and provide recommendations.
- Manage stakeholders across IT, Security, business units, and executives; translate technical risks into business outcomes.
- Create sales enablement materials (content, playbooks, trainings) and standardize solutions to common challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an Account SE, Security Specialist, Solutions Architect, or senior pre-sales engineer supporting enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to engage both executive and technical stakeholders (CISOs, CIOs, security leadership) and align business objectives with cybersecurity outcomes.
- Experience designing security architectures and integrating cybersecurity solutions across cloud, identity, endpoint, email, and modern workplace environments.
- Hands-on experience with modern communication security technologies (e.g., AI-powered email security, secure email gateways, API-based email protection, phishing defense, collaboration/data/endpoint/identity security, or security operations).
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Account SE, Solutions Architect, or Strategic SE.
- Role is based in Osaka, Japan.
