What you will do

• Achieve and maintain medical coverage policies for genetic tests within assigned regions.
• Secure in-network contracts and grow the managed care book of business.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for health plans and independent physician associations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and market access teams to align tactical plans with business goals.
• Present clinical and economic data to payer stakeholders to influence coverage decisions.
• Conduct routine business reviews and track performance metrics for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of direct experience with U.S. payer accounts.
• Proven success in managing coverage policies and closing reimbursement contracts.
• Knowledge of the U.S. payer payment system.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and economic matters persuasively.

Nice to have

• Experience with NGS or molecular diagnostics.
• Biopharma account management background.
