What you will do

• Lead the service team on assigned large accounts and coordinate carrier relationships on behalf of CRMG.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining commercial carrier relationships.
• Develop initial placement/renewal strategy and coordinate service delivery.
• Perform marketing activities for large accounts as assigned.
• Prepare risk maps or peer review risk maps for assigned accounts.
• Complete special projects, improve firm/business-segment processes, and mentor new colleagues when requested.

Requirements

• Location: Remote US
• 10+ years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in Commercial Account Management (10 years required; 10+ preferred).
• Maintain all required state insurance licenses or be able to obtain them within the first 90 days of employment.
• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance market conditions and specific carrier underwriting appetites.
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and existing coverages to make recommendations.
• Excellent client service, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
