What you will do

• Maintain and grow client relationships through prompt and accurate service.
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsement requests while verifying policy accuracy.
• Correspond with insurance carriers to update and verify account information.
• Provide expert answers to client and underwriting questions regarding insurance coverages.
• Assist with claims processing and marketing activities where applicable.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and new business acquisition.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (company can assist with licensing).
• High school diploma, two years of college, or two years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies.
