What you will do

• Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for benefit-related needs.
• Collaborate with internal service teams and consultants to manage the entire renewal process.
• Conduct needs analysis, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings for clients.
• Advise clients on strategies to reduce costs while maintaining competitive benefits.
• Build proactive client relationships and educate them on industry trends and changes.
• Identify cross-sale opportunities to grow the existing book of business.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or a consultative role.
• Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
• Current Life and Health license is required.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with database applications.
• Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
