Location: Must be based in Lehi, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office).
Salary: $100,000–$105,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market accounts.
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of payroll and workforce management tools.
- Serve as a product expert, providing guidance on best practices for hiring and payroll.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor account health proactively to mitigate risks and drive usage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
- Deep familiarity with payroll processing, labor law compliance, or benefits administration.
- Must be willing to work from the Lehi, Utah office 3 days per week.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
