What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market accounts.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation of payroll and workforce management tools.
• Serve as a product expert, providing guidance on best practices for hiring and payroll.
• Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor account health proactively to mitigate risks and drive usage.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
• Deep familiarity with payroll processing, labor law compliance, or benefits administration.
• Must be willing to work from the Lehi, Utah office 3 days per week.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
