Location: Hybrid in New York, NY (average of four days a week in office)

Salary: $100,000 — $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive the creative vision for skin and beauty campaigns, ensuring highest standards of craft, innovation, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop bold, breakthrough conceptual ideas that push creative boundaries while remaining true to the brand voice.
  • Partner with art directors, designers, strategists, and account teams to create cohesive, integrated campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted creative partner to clients, presenting and selling ideas with confidence and passion.
  • Monitor and lead trends in the beauty and CPG industries to ensure work remains culturally relevant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a major creative agency with a strong focus on skin, beauty, and CPG brands.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and successfully launched projects across broadcast and social media.
  • Proven track record of earning recognition at major industry awards (e.g., Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio).
  • Experience working on national and international brands with an understanding of global campaign development.
  • Exceptional writing and conceptual skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to support the hybrid work model.
