What you will do

• Support day-to-day client service activities within the Turnaround & Restructuring practice.
• Manage junior team members across multiple consulting engagements, including oversight of modeling and client presentations.
• Develop and oversee complex financial tools, including 13-week cash flow, 3-statement, and pro-forma scenario models.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external stakeholders to achieve engagement objectives.
• Prepare high-impact reports, written analyses, and other critical client deliverables.
• Participate in practice growth through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
• Expertise in advanced Excel financial modeling, including scenario planning and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to develop actionable insights.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or equivalent technical/GAAP accounting expertise.
• Familiarity with financial research tools such as Capital IQ or Bloomberg.
