What you will do

• Define and evolve technical architecture and design patterns for back-end services.
• Oversee the implementation and standardization of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Establish standards for testing, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Manage the integration of legacy and modern systems to ensure high performance.
• Optimize CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines to enhance development velocity.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency required.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer.
• Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Mastery of software design patterns, clean architecture, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Cloud platform expertise, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches.
• Experience leading teams within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
