What you will do

• Design and architect scalable SaaS applications using .NET and modern cloud services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical designs and platform roadmaps.
• Lead the adoption of cloud services, frameworks, and design patterns to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as SOC 2 and public sector requirements.
• Mentor development teams on best practices for C#/.NET, API-first design, and DevOps automation.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to ensure future-readiness across cloud environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead building cloud-based SaaS solutions using .NET and C#.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, specifically Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL.
• Proficiency with microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Strong background in performance optimization, resilient system design, and secure software development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert.
• Experience implementing identity management for enterprise or government-grade applications.
• Familiarity with Power Platform or low-code/no-code integrations.
