What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Manage day-to-day execution, delivery, and operational excellence for infrastructure and platform initiatives.
• Own team roadmap planning and align infrastructure investments with business priorities.
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Drive the adoption of infrastructure as code, GitOps, and automation-first engineering practices.
• Improve system availability, observability, and incident response processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability.
• Practical experience operating production workloads in AWS and Datacenters.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows, automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing engineering roadmaps and balancing strategic work with operational demands.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor engineers and lead through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience leading SRE or DevOps teams supporting distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and operational metrics.
• Exposure to security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments.
• Experience scaling teams and driving maturity in operational practices.
