What you will do

• Drive advertising measurement strategy to demonstrate platform performance and value to agencies and brands.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical guidance, objection handling, and actionable data insights for client meetings.
• Translate global best practices into APAC-specific playbooks and optimization strategies.
• Execute incrementality testing and develop test-and-learn agendas to improve audience targeting and efficiency.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to develop compelling storylines and research products that highlight Reddit's competitive advantage.
• Manage vendor relationships and research initiatives to bring new measurement services to life.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ad research or ad tech at a research vendor, media owner, or agency.
• Deep understanding of the ad measurement landscape, including reach, resonance, and reaction metrics.
• Strong background in quantitative advertising research, statistical methods, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to synthesize 1st and 3rd party data into cohesive, strategic narratives.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for stakeholder engagement and client-facing meetings.
• BA/BS degree.
