What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of a crypto-native conversational AI assistant to transform user onboarding, trading, and support.
- Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal operational functions, including compliance, risk, and fraud detection.
- Design shared AI infrastructure focusing on orchestration, evaluation, and safety architecture.
- Develop a governance layer to ensure all AI products are configurable, traceable, and regulatorily defensible.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the AI layer that will drive the platform's next decade of growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product and tech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex products at scale.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products.
- Deep technical familiarity with LLM architecture, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and safety design.
- Experience operating within highly regulated environments where explainability and auditability are mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Must be based in Singapore (Onsite).
