What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows.
• Identify and eliminate friction points in customer journeys caused by regulatory or risk controls.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to translate complex policies into scalable product solutions.
• Utilize data, research, and experimentation to drive product decisions and prioritize improvements.
• Balance user experience, business growth, and regulatory obligations across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure all product solutions are transparent, scalable, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, platforms, or highly regulated environments.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Proven ability to translate abstract regulatory requirements into actionable product designs.
• Experience working within complex ecosystems and balancing competing stakeholder priorities.
• User-first mindset with a focus on creating seamless, intuitive experiences.
