What you will do

• Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including gateways, settlement partners, and banks.
• Build and optimize on/off-ramp payment systems to ensure stability, security, and compliance across regions.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat on/off-ramp vendors from requirement analysis to go-live.
• Drive business negotiations, contracting, and technical integrations with global payment partners.
• Monitor global payment regulations and market trends to provide strategic risk assessments.
• Analyze payment performance data to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry with deep understanding of global payment ecosystems.
• Proven experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks (AML, KYC).
• Current right to work in Singapore (no sponsorship provided).
• Proficient in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Proven success in independently sourcing and launching regional payment channels.
• Familiarity with payment landscapes in Southeast Asia, LATAM, Middle East, or Africa.
• Experience working with global card schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
