What you will do

• Lead client-facing incrementality testing and experimentation initiatives across paid and owned marketing channels.
• Serve as a strategic partner to marketing and analytics stakeholders on testing design and decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows to improve testing efficiency and delivery quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent testing workstreams in an embedded client environment.
• Coordinate across data science and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing experimentation, incrementality testing, or related analytics roles.
• Expertise in statistical methods and experimental design including A/B testing and power analysis.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading analytics teams or mentoring junior analysts.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and prompt engineering for workflow automation.
• Familiarity with marketing measurement platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience working in embedded client or consulting environments.
