What you will do

• Own assigned projects, managing copy, creative work, and budgets while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Conceptualize and produce a diverse range of creative ideas for digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Present creative rationale during internal and client presentations.
• Drive creative solutions for new business pitches and offer proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with account directors regarding business scopes, financials, and schedules.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating junior creative staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of copy experience in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Experience within the B2C CPG sphere is especially relevant.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard software.
• Ability to evaluate both art and copy to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent presentation skills.
