What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on media planning, investment strategy, and operations.
• Evolve media planning processes to optimize results from the partnership portfolio and drive brand growth.
• Partner with GTM teams to optimize investment across sports and define commercially sensible growth results.
• Utilize marketing mix modeling insights to drive marketing ROI and improve investment efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance to establish annual marketing investments and manage quarterly re-forecasting.
• Partner with internal media analytics to develop performance reporting capabilities and visualizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital/growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or an Analytical field.
• Proficiency in the marketing stack: Amplitude, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York City (Hybrid)
