Location: Must be based in the United States. Fully remote for those outside 30 miles of an office; Hybrid (3 days/week) for those within 30 miles.

Salary: $82,600 - $230,800 USD

What you will do

• Operate and maintain IP Networking components in a 24/7 production SaaS environment.
• Lead projects for new Network Product offerings and operational improvements.
• Integrate business partners and acquisitions into a supportable network design.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Perform capacity analysis, planning, and manage network service providers.
• Review and execute network change requests while ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• 3-5 years of experience in medium to large networks, focusing on IP Routing, Switching, and Security.
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, and BGP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS-XE (required); Cisco IOS-XR and Nexus OS (preferred).
• Experience with large data centers, site-to-site IPSEC VPNs, and MPLS VPNs.
• Proficiency in documenting solutions using diagrams and technical descriptions.

Nice to have

• Telecommunications experience (VoIP, RTP, SIP peering/trunking, and SBC).
• Knowledge of AWS and GCP Cloud platforms.
• Experience with Cisco ACI.
• Familiarity with Linux network functions and security best practices (SIEM, IPS/IDS).
