What you will do

• Lead planning and coordination activities across discovery, elaboration, and delivery phases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to define project scope and delivery approach.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery constraints.
• Oversee the setup of development teams and ensure execution readiness.
• Track project progress, milestones, and overall delivery status.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience leading discovery, elaboration, and delivery phases.
• Strong coordination skills across business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in multi-team or multi-stream environments.
