Salary: $78,000 – $86,000 per year

What you will do
- Respond to incoming customer emails and provide help desk support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document system issues and production incidents.
- Manage ticket submissions via Freshdesk and ServiceNow.
- Perform hardware and software installations and oversee staff deployments.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding functions for project staff.
- Provide IT support at division-wide events and conduct computer orientation for new hires.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or 5+ years of equivalent job experience.
- Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills for managing short and long-term tasks.
