Specialist I, Sales Support (Digital Media): Supporting internal and external clients throughout the advertising campaign lifecycle with an accent on order trafficking, communication, and issue resolution. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hunt Valley, MD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Salary: $21.63–$24.03 per hour (approx. $45,000–$50,000 annually).

What you will do
- Traffic and maintain new campaign orders and modifications for digital media channels.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal/third-party fulfillment teams.
- Streamline communication across US and offshore digital media teams.
- Audit orders and provide clear direction for fulfillment, including asset requirements.
- Resolve issues via the Digital Sales Operations Help Desk and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct weekly pacing checks and proactive management tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a digital coordinator or similar role.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Hunt Valley, MD.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-centric attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing systems and evolving product mixes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads, Yahoo DSP, Facebook Ads Manager, or Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
