• Develop and oversee enterprise internal communications strategies, content, and delivery channels.
• Build strategic relationships with internal customers to create materials that enhance business success.
• Protect and promote company reputation through strategic media relations and social media content strategy.
• Provide communication counsel to executives and support issues and crisis management.
• Execute executive convenings and leadership forums to support organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor a team member while driving operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in communications or a related position.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the Global Headquarters in Eagle, ID, USA.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven experience in pitching earned media stories and executing media relations tactics.
• Strong ability to influence and counsel senior executives and cross-departmental groups.

Nice to have

• Experience in a communications agency or a global publicly traded company.
• Background in food and agriculture communications.
• 3-7 years of experience managing people.
