Salary: $155,000 - $210,000 (Total compensation: $186,000 - $250,000)

What you will do

• Develop and lead the overall external communications and social reputation strategy.
• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the CEO, Founder, and senior executives.
• Define and evolve the company's public voice and engagement philosophy across social platforms.
• Build editorial strategies focused on reputation, thought leadership, and trust-building.
• Lead strategic responses to reputation-sensitive situations and high-visibility moments.
• Design and implement social listening, sentiment analysis, and early-warning systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, or reputation management.
• Proven success leading communications strategies for high-profile brands or public figures.
• Deep expertise in social reputation management and executive communications.
• Significant experience managing complex or high-visibility issues and crises.
• Strong track record advising senior executives or founders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY.
