Salary: $100,000–$130,000 + commission

What you will do
- Prospect, pitch, and close net-new accounts to build and own a robust sales pipeline.
- Deepen client relationships post-sale to expand partnerships and grow account spend.
- Pitch a diverse portfolio including digital, video, branded content, OTT/CTV, and events.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately using Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events to build credibility with brands and agencies.
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Requirements
- Must currently live in the Chicago market with an established network of local agencies and brands.
- 8+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of hitting high revenue targets.
- Demonstrable history of opening new business accounts.
- Strong command of digital media sales, with preference for video and OTT/CTV experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite.
- Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, including CMOs.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships in CPG, Healthcare, Retail/Outdoor, FinSer, or Travel/Tourism sectors.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Gong, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
