Location: Remote; availability during US Eastern Time (ET) hours required

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and trust.
- Lead client meetings, status updates, and ongoing communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project delivery.
- Manage expectations, follow-ups, concerns, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term retention while maintaining organized account records.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in account management or client success.
- Experience handling enterprise or high-value accounts.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong American accent.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with clients such as Accenture or similar companies.
- Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Background in tech, SaaS, consulting, or digital services.
- Experience using CRM or project management tools.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
