What you will do

  • Meet department productivity and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Pennsylvania
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center role.
  • Prior experience in customer service or physician scheduling.
  • Ability to work during standard business hours (8:00am-5:00pm).
