What you will do

• Retrieve and process medical documentation, including implant invoices, UB-04 documents, and medical record components.
• Submit and monitor document request lists to ensure timely receipt of necessary claim documentation.
• Gather and organize data from client systems to compile reconciliation reports.
• Resolve prebill work queues and research closed or returned claims to post adjustments or rebill missing claims.
• Partner with the Client Delivery team to communicate operational findings and escalate client-impacting issues.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of account activity within the E360 platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to handle large volumes of work with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize assignments and work under limited supervision.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management.
