What you will do

• Serve as the senior operational lead for strategic accounts with 3,000+ employees.
• Own and elevate the overall client experience by aligning strategic intent with service delivery.
• Lead complex renewal cycles and coordinate across carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day service delivery across multi-disciplinary teams including account managers and financial consultants.
• Identify and proactively resolve service risks and complex escalations.
• Partner with consultants to provide data-driven insights and support client growth strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits account management for large-group clients.
• Life & Health License required.
• Proven expertise in self-funded and complex benefit funding arrangements.
• Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel for in-person client meetings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
