Salary: $150,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Serve as the senior operational lead for strategic accounts with 3,000+ employees.
- Own and elevate the overall client experience by aligning strategic intent with service delivery.
- Lead complex renewal cycles and coordinate across carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery across multi-disciplinary teams including account managers and financial consultants.
- Identify and proactively resolve service risks and complex escalations.
- Partner with consultants to provide data-driven insights and support client growth strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits account management for large-group clients.
- Life & Health License required.
- Proven expertise in self-funded and complex benefit funding arrangements.
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel for in-person client meetings.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
