What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to reliability consulting practices.
• Implement AI service improvements across global teams.
• Manage pre-sales processes, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key client engagements and participate in sales discussions.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional service quality, meeting defined KPIs, margins, and utilization targets.
• Drive employee engagement and retention within a global talent pool.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager or director of SRE or Infrastructure Operations teams.
• Proven track record in leading global teams and collaborating across cultures.
• Technically relevant background in system administration, SRE, database administration, or software engineering.
• Strong business acumen with experience in delivery models and financial forecasting.
• Demonstrated excellence in team building and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Must be based in Canada with the ability to work remotely.
