What you will do

• Provide telephonic health coaching specializing in areas of mental health, including depression, anxiety, and stress.
• Apply participant-centered coaching methodologies to improve healthy lifestyle behaviors and overall quality of life.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to foster positive behavioral changes in participants.
• Develop personalized, action-oriented, and time-specific intervention plans based on clinical and psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to improve their understanding of health benefits and the healthcare system.
• Maintain professional health credentialing through ongoing continuing education.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical services in the mental health field.
• Ability to work nontraditional hours to provide coaching across multiple US time zones.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Obtain and maintain a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NCC or Board Certified Coach) within 12 months of employment.

Nice to have

• Independent licensure (LMHC, LCSW).
• Previous experience in telephonic coaching.
• Fluency in Spanish.
