What you will do

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions with psychiatrists and other care team members.
• Build collaborative relationships with school leadership, staff, and families to improve mental health support strategies.
• Support students and families in transitioning to community care providers.
• Manage crisis situations effectively in a virtual environment.
• Provide clinical supervision to other team members if qualified and interested.

Requirements

• Active associate or independent license in Illinois (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD).
• At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing.
• Ability to offer hours during and after school (e.g., 3-8 pm Central Time, Saturdays).
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet.
• Passion for working with schools and growing a startup.

Nice to have

• Fluency in languages other than English (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
• Experience with parent guidance.
• Qualified to provide clinical supervision in Illinois.
• Active NPI number and CAQH credentialing.
