What you will do

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements.
• Administer and optimize NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and core accounting modules.
• Perform complex balance sheet and bank reconciliations, including intercompany eliminations.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and provide detailed Actual vs. Budget variance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and provide documentation for annual audit requests.
• Evaluate current accounting procedures and implement improvements for scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• Advanced, non-negotiable hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and the full accounting cycle.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to work during US business hours (PST).
