What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for complex large-scale Electronic Warfare (EW) projects for airborne systems.
• Define concepts and technical solutions for distributed systems used for monitoring and jamming radars or radio communications.
• Take responsibility for the creation, validation, and verification of requirements, system architecture, and interfaces.
• Oversee the integration of the total system into aircraft platforms, ensuring all certification aspects are met.
• Define the system development process, from initial modeling to the execution of flight campaigns.
• Manage the technical selection and steering of suppliers and advise the business line on offer creation.

Requirements

• Degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in the technical leadership of complex development projects.
• Long-term experience integrating mission systems into airborne platforms.
• Practical experience in system simulation, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Software-Defined Defense.
• German: C1 (Negotiation level) and English: C1 (Very good) proficiency.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a systematic working method.
