What you will do

• Design and simulate radar and microwave instruments and prepare subsystem specifications.
• Provide independent technical assessments for project-level and customer system reviews.
• Act as a technical manager for procurement contracts with radar and microwave equipment suppliers.
• Support satellite projects during subsystem construction, integration, and testing.
• Plan, coordinate, and control subsystem verification activities.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for project management.

Requirements

• University degree in telecommunications engineering, RF/microwave engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably within the space industry.
• In-depth knowledge of microwave/radar systems, constitutive building blocks, and signal processing concepts.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team working, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
