Lead RF Engineer (Electronic Warfare)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and manage a cross-disciplinary Electronic Warfare Engineering team.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of electronic warfare and signal intelligence systems.
• Coordinate design across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and machine learning teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and system-level simulations.
• Oversee system integration, prototyping, validation, and system performance reviews.
• Improve requirements traceability, system documentation, and validation workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of RF systems engineering experience with radio, radar, GNSS, or other sensors in robotics, aerospace, or defense.
• Experience leading full system lifecycles from concept through prototype and validation.
• Strong background in RF, GNSS, radar system architecture, requirements engineering, and system-level trade-off analysis.
• Experience gathering and analyzing RF signal intelligence for classification and AI training.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage technical interfaces across engineering domains.
• MSc in Engineering required; PhD is an advantage.
