What you will do

• Build, maintain, and manage a cross-disciplinary Electronic Warfare Engineering Team.
• Drive the architecture and implementation of EW/SIGINT systems while maintaining state-of-the-art technical knowledge.
• Lead cross-functional design efforts across mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, trade-off analyses, and system-level simulations to guide technical decision-making.
• Oversee system integration, prototyping, and validation to ensure performance targets are met.
• Drive design and architecture reviews to maintain consistency across requirements, design, and testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RF system engineering of Radio/Radar/GNSS and other sensors within robotics, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Proven experience in technology leadership within EW/SIGINT.
• MSc in Engineering (PhD is a plus).
• Proven experience leading full system lifecycles from concept to validation.
• Strong background in RF, GNSS, and Radar system architecture and requirements engineering.
• Broad engineering culture with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
