Module Development Engineer - RF Test

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; regular onsite presence required

What you will do

• Develop testability and manufacturability strategies for analog and RF products.
• Design RF test boards with suppliers and optimize production testing with customers and partner teams.
• Develop and debug software for BERTs, oscilloscopes, automatic test equipment, and other advanced test systems.
• Perform ATE-to-design-validation correlation, device characterization, and analog IP evaluation.
• Release production test solutions and resolve functionality, performance, yield, and post-release issues.
• Characterize power and thermal behavior, tune production thermal recipes, and calibrate power delivery for binning.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required because the role supports United States government customers and is subject to citizenship-based restrictions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years, Master’s degree with 2+ years, or PhD with 0 years in electrical engineering or a related STEM field, plus RF design and test experience.
• 2+ years of IC testing, ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with mixed-signal oscilloscopes, spectrum and signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, or TDRs.
• Experience with HFSS, ADS, or PowerSI electrical simulation tools and 3+ years of board design using Cadence Allegro.

Nice to have

• Understanding of digital, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed testing or tester hardware design.
• Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
