What you will do

• Develop characterization, production, and wafer-sort test programs on the Advantest 93K tester platform.
• Design tester hardware for high-speed semiconductor testing.
• Create detailed test plans and document test methodologies against product specifications.
• Participate in testability reviews with DFT/DFM teams to improve yield and testing methods.
• Convert test patterns from design simulation environments into ATE formats.
• Optimize test flows, reduce test time, improve yield, and release production test programs with product engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of test program development experience on the Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• At least 4 years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Experience with C, C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and multitasking skills.
• Applicants must be eligible to access technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws; some candidates may require export license review.
