What you will do

• Design, build, test, and document core software components for the control plane and identity services.
• Develop and maintain sign-on functionality including SSO, OAuth2, SAML, and WebAuthn.
• Implement SCIM capabilities to synchronize users, groups, and attributes from identity providers.
• Ensure service reliability through observability, incident response, and customer support escalations.
• Analyze and optimize system resources for efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Apply a security-first mindset to all design and implementation tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, and SAML.
• Experience with distributed systems and building observable, secure, and scalable services.
• Experience with one or more SQL databases.
• Ability to work independently and process constructive feedback in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Go programming language.
• Familiarity with SCIM.
• Familiarity with networking concepts like IP addressing and routing.
