Salary: $160,000 – $220,000 CAD

What you will do

• Evolve the core architecture of the PAM platform.
• Design and implement scalable architecture patterns and composable components.
• Build and maintain APIs using OpenAPI Specification for production infrastructure access.
• Develop backend systems primarily using Go.
• Participate in rotational on-call activities to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with SRE and product teams to optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong background in Golang or equivalent backend languages.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in designing database models and backend APIs.
• Experience with cloud services (caching, queues, NoSQL) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with end-to-end ownership.
