What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas from technical design through deployment and monitoring.
• Design and build high-quality, production-ready features for the Identity Governance and Administration (OIG) system.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Influence technical alignment and architecture across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, QA, and SRE teams to scope and deliver secure, scalable enterprise features.
• Resolve complex customer-reported issues and deliver high-quality bug fixes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a senior or staff-level technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, distributed systems in production.
• Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive technical alignment.
• Experience designing systems meeting enterprise requirements like multi-tenancy, high availability, and RBAC/ABAC.

Nice to have

• Experience building identity, access management, or governance (IAM/IGA) products.
• Familiarity with workflow engines or BPM-style systems.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms serving large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and observability tools.
