What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and execute marketing/sales initiatives from brief to production.
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all marketing and sales channels.
• Create visual storytelling assets for brand awareness, sales enablement, and digital presence.
• Produce templatized assets like presentation decks and email templates for organizational use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional GTM, product marketing, and brand teams.
• Manage third-party agencies to ensure design principles and visual identity are upheld.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of digital and traditional design experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Proven track record of implementing integrated 360-degree B2B marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience presenting creative concepts to VP, SVP, and C-Level executives.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Animate, or After Effects.
• Experience building internal creative studios.
